Local Return Policy 

1. If the item you received is faulty, please contact us at 65518933 within 3 days upon acceptance of delivery. Please provide us your Invoice number, your name, and details of the Product’s faults, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will also require you to return us the product.

2. Please bring the faulty Product during Sales Centre operating hours to the Sales Centre located at:

Wednesday  11am - 3pm
Sunday 11am - 3pm
Closed on Public Holidays


3. Upon receipt of the Product, we will examine it and advise you on your right to a replacement or refund (if any).

4. In the event that the Product returned is deemed not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product.

Overseas Return Policy

1. If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via email within 3 days upon acceptance of delivery. Please provide us your Invoice number, your name, the details and a picture of the Product’s faults, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

2. Customer has to return the said faulty product and bear the return freight charges. Upon receipt of it, our staff will examine it and advise you on your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email within 5 business days.

4. If the Product is proven faulty, we will send the replacement product via the deemed best method. The carriage cost will be borne by SGS. Normal delivery lead time applies.

5. In the event that the Product returned is deemed not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product. We may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees. This will be charged to your credit or debit card via the payment method that you used when you made your Order in the first instance.
