1. Return Policy
1.1. If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us at 65518933 within 3 days of receipt. Please include your invoice number, your name and details of the fault with the product and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will also need you to return the product to us.
1.2. Please bring the faulty product to any of the following sales outlets during the operating hours :

1.3. Upon receipt of the product, we will examine it and advise you of your right to a replacement or refund (if applicable).
1.4. If the returned product is deemed not to be faulty, we may, at our discretion decide not to repair or replace it or refund you.
2. Product Exchange
2.1 If the product you have received is different from what is stated on the invoice, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the correct product. Please contact us at 6551 8933 within 3 days upon receiving the goods.
2.2 All products to be exchanged must be returned to us in their original packaging and accompanied by the sales invoice with the date of purchase and product number clearly indicated for verification.
2.3 Product exchange will be arranged at any of the following sales outlets during the operating hours :

Please call the respective sales outlet to confirm that it is opened before you make your trip.
3. Refund
If the product is faulty or the entire parcel is lost and we are unable to find a replacement, you will be refunded at the same value of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The refund will be made by direct credit to the your bank account. You must provide us with your full name (as used on your bank account), bank name and bank account number.
The refund process takes approximately 1 month from the receipt of the above details.
