This book is a compilation of SGI President Ikeda’s study lecture, “Creating a Century of Humanism in Which All Can Shine” (Part 1 to 5), under the series, “The Buddhism of the Sun, Illuminating The World”. The contents includes “carrying out the practice of Bodhisattva Never Disparaging on a global scale”, “sharing Nichiren Buddhism, the compassionate practice for realising happiness for ourselves and others”, “putting faith into practice and showing actual proof of happiness”, “youth are the hope of society! Become indispensable in workplace!”, and “fulfilling the great vow for kosen-rufu is the essential spirit of Soka mentors and disciples”.
Published by Soka Gakkai Singapore, the book is in two languages.

本书汇集了池田SGI会长讲义系列--《照耀世界的太阳佛法》之开创人人辉耀的 “人本主义世纪”。内容包括“学会以全球规模致力于‘不轻菩萨’的实践”、“共襄开创自他皆幸福的大慈悲圣业“、”人人步上‘信心即生活的轨道，显示胜利实证”、“青年才是社会的希望！要成为职场最优秀的人才”，和“实现广布大愿是创价师弟的精神”。
由新加坡创价学会出版，本书有两种语言。
